Service Description
Spin class is a type of indoor cycling workout that uses a stationary bike with a heavy flywheel attached to its pedals. It is a high-intensity and nonstop exercise that follows directions from an instructor and involves various levels of speed and resistance. Spin class works the body's largest muscles and improves the circulation of oxygen and blood. Different positions on the bike are also used to target different muscles.
